FAQ

The tent is recommended for children ages 3 and up. It creates a roomy space for reading, pretend play, quiet time, and family bonding. The product meets applicable ASTM F963, CPC, and CPSIA safety requirements, and adult supervision is recommended during use.

The Fabric Playhouse measures approximately 57.5 inches long, 35.8 inches wide, and 52 inches high. The Mesh Playhouse measures approximately 53 inches long, 36 inches wide, and 60 inches high. Both options provide enough room for toys, books, cushions, and shared play with siblings or friends.

The Fabric version offers a more enclosed, cabin-like hideaway with three windows for natural light and airflow. The Mesh version is taller and has a lighter, more open appearance. Both designs create a cozy indoor play space, so families can choose based on their preferred look, height, and level of openness.

Yes, decorative star lights are included to give the playhouse a warm and magical glow. An adult should install the lights securely and keep cords and power or battery components out of children’s reach. Pillows, mattresses, rugs, furniture, and toys shown in lifestyle images are decorative unless specifically listed as included.

Adult assembly is required, but the setup is designed to be easy and typically takes about 20–25 minutes when following the included instructions. The washable fabric helps simplify everyday care; remove the frame and star lights before cleaning, follow the care label, and allow all fabric components to dry completely before reassembly.
